Another update on kampar....

Sometimes blogger really pisses me off because the image uploader is damn slow! I've tried in the morning, noon and now, it's only starting to upload a few image. Still, it's freaking slow! I have to upload them one by one instead of the usual five-in-one-go style. Plus. the weather here kampar is weird. First, it's hot till your skin is scorched then it pours like kampar's going to be flooded in no time. As expected, weird weather always causes illness among us poor students. The good news is, I'm as fit as a fiddle. Haha! Another thing, the farking modem just broke down a few weeks ago which, again pisses me off. I need the internet to do my assignments la and to frequently update myself with the latest manga la. Argh! Of all the times... ... Now, I have to borrow the internet line on the 3rd floor to surf the net!

OH.....MAMA!!!




Crap! When I want to move a whole bunch of paragraph to the top part to be my opening introduction..i accidentally deleted all the photos..damn! Why can't blogger have the "undo" function?????

Well, since my brother borrowed me the "dunno-what-model' cannon camera, I've been trying my best to capture some pictures. Though photography is not my specialty, I think the pictures taken will be enough to let you guys know what I have been doing in kampar. After all, it never hurts to go flashing around with your newly acquired..or rather borrowed camera in a small town like this.

Anyways, first off,

I saw this the first time I reached kampar. Looks familiar? Hah! I guess you all should know the similarlities in the name of the famous fast-food (fried chicken) and this new restaurant. Quite innovative, right? Was thinking of having my own fast-food restaurant... ... How about CFC...Clement's Fried Chicken, Finger Licking Fabulous...

Come to think of it, it's not that bad! XD!

The curry noodle that I've taken in kampar. Quite nice. The sticky-ness of the gravy and the spicy-ness really made me syok! It costs about RM 4.50 which I think it's rather reasonable. And also, the sea coconut desset. It's a bit too sweet for me though. Taste like the syrup in the longan can. Price: RM 2++.

The mixed rice here in kampar is damn cheap. Look here, I took 2 half-sliced japanese tofu, potato stew, two vegetables and a big bowl of soup. It only costs me RM 2.70! My jaw dropped when the auntie told me the price. Unlike our university's canteen, the auntie gave a few stalks of vegetables (somemore, it's not fresh green but yellow...I wonder if they kept it overnight) and a few pitiful pieces of chicken. They charged me RM 2.70! Stingy bunch of canteen ppl... ...

Who says cats lives mostly in Kuching. Kampar has lots of cats too~ Especially the ones that I like the most. See this cat, the fur is just so similar to my cat in Kuching. Too bad that cat of mine lost himself in deep space coz each time I call him by meowing loudly, my neighbour thought of me as a kid who's desperate and in need of a pyschiatrist for counselling and guidance.

The sleeping version of this "kawaii" cat. Hey, cats is really good at choosing place to sleep. This cat just step on the scooter and sleep away like a log!

It's cat mating season. The pair of cats is certainly a lovey-dovey couple. They're a bit too loving until they want to show their love in front of the public~ Wow~ love is really powerful...because of the affection that grows greatly between each other, they like to share their love with others too~

On second thought, the male seemed to be unhappy... Maybe I flashed too much.

p/s: Flashing with a camera = A papparazi. Oh please, without flashing, how am I suppose to take syok pictures... ...Hahahaha!

The effect of stress is... ... W-O-N-D-E-R-F-U-L~

This kid's really a game freak. I mean ordinary game freak will just crave for games in a normal way but this kid is just plain crazy. Well, I won't tell you much coz I don't want to be a spoiler. You'll just have to sit back and enjoy watching this clip.

On second thought, I won't call this relaxing..It's rather annoying and...stressful to watch.

And so, after a long period of hiatus, I now declare I'm officially landed at the land of the cows....

Hmm..It's not that bad living in a small town like this really. I'm just short of entertainment these days. No internet, no television, no my baby (PS2), no money....Argh! But..., I'm still able to survive the harsh days without going crazy thanks to my bunch of crazy friends.

About school life, nothing change much. Just a bunch of new lecturers and new friends and some old friends from my previous Petaling Jaya UTAR campus. Lotsa trees and lakes surrounding the new campus. It's rather conducive for students like us to study. Future TESCO (a shopping mall) opening soon but I can't even see the poles sticking out. Sighs, there's still a long way to go...Right now, I'm counting on the old grocery stores to provide sufficient food and drinks to sustain my life span in Kampar. Maybe, just maybe, I'll be able to shed some pounds off my jelly-ish body to look "physically acceptable"by the girls -__-""

heh, that's all I guess! I have nothing more to blog about now~~I'M SO DEPRIVED OF INTERNET NOW THAT I HAVE TO SPEND MY NAPPING TIME USING SCHOOL'S COMPUTER TO UPDATE MY DESERTED BLOG~

Review of life as a living soul~

heh, at a glimpse at the title post, I guess this will be a little wordy. After living for 18 years, a lot things do happen. Since little, we were taught to walk, speak, sing, etc.. Every time we faced any difficulties, our parents would stand for us. The food, electricity bills, car loan, water bills, etc. were being paid by our parents. As for us, we just sit there and dream of becoming rich in an instant or maybe be the next prime minister or maybe be a galaxy hero. Our dreams seem to never end but as time flies, our thinking changes. We start to see things differently. We start to know and understand what is reality.

Once we are able to stand on our two feet, we are destined to face the reality or rather, the society. Some of us might feel afraid, some feel excited while some...they said it's not a big deal. It depends on individuals on how they think about blending themselves in the society. Along the way, some young inexperienced ones will find it hard to tackle the problems that lie before them. Why is it so? Is it because during their younger days, they did not take the chance to learn more about society? In other words, are they being ignorant about the outside world while living happily in their comfort zones? Or is it because they have already knew that the fact this world is so ugly and crooked that they dare not face anyone or even voice out their opinions? Or is it they take things easily and learn only after they face the horror of the world? Whatever it is, they are just mere speculations. I wonder which category do I fall?

Do people really dream since they only believe in reality? Yes, some do but some just stick to reality and continue to work and then retire just like ordinary people. When they dream, do they live their dreams or just merely a star in the sky that cannot be reached? Some live their dreams but some let their dreams lead their lives. They do not plan actions to actualize their dreams. They're merely daydreamers. To be honest, I have a lot of dreams. As to how I can really fulfill them, I'm still in search of the ways. It really bugs me at times whether the dreams that I have will shatter into pieces even before I start the first step.

To live your dreams is not an easy job. I guess it's very important that one should be strong and firm enough to protect your dreams from being destroyed by others. I know I may sound naive, but I think protecting your dreams is what you should do first before you live your dreams.

Still... ...

These unseen dreams of mine, will they be visible enough for me to grasp even if I work extra hard?

Finally, it's almost the end of my foundation studies. It's rather sad yet happy coz I have somehow finished my one year of torturing in UTAR and I'm gonna miss my friends. You see, this bl**dy UTAR Campus is moving to a cow-boy town which I found this town is really boring, unattractive and utterly disasterrific. By the way, the campus is located far far away from the cities of Perak, Kampar. I'm really sorry if I hurt anyone's feelings. But to think of living there for 3 solid years kinda make me wonder what should I do over? Do some cow-boying stuff? Example? Riding a buffalo along the road while shouting, "Hiyaa~ Come on boy, let's move towards the rising sun!! Hiyaa~~" =_=" I really can't imagine me riding the buffalo. The buffalo might suffer from suffocation before even reaching the rising sun... ...

Talk about buffalos, they actually the big brothers of the town. Why? It's coz you must let the big bosses cross the roads before they turns the butt over and chase you with strong hard "batangs" till the ends of the earth.

The humble little town of Kampar... ... ... ...It looks small and of course...a little quiet

However~~~~ The air there is not as polluted as KL here. And they have lots of lakes and mountains surrounding this little town. It feels refreshing to stay there for a couple of days but...I'm gonna rot in the town for 3 years.

Complaining won't help at all... ...

Well, I have a plan actually to make my life there fun..heh! I've found something interesting and thrilling..

White River Rafting~ I wanna try this! Wanna feel the rough rivers flowing and waters splashing....Ar~ can't wait!

and~~~~

The all-time famous kampar curry bread~ Look at the chicken..it's the whole chicken inside this bread that we're talking!!! The sticky-ness of the curry zhap aka the sauce is really tempting~

Last but not least, it's the Grand Kampar Hotel!!!

Seriously, the price of the room is sooooooooo damn cheap...errr, it's affordable. only RM 80++ for a standard delux room with breakfast included! Heh! Am planning to stay there during weekends just to enjoy the luxury lifestyle once in a while. It never hurts to burn your pocket once in a blue moon....

p/s: I will not stay alone lar~ of coz ask my friend to share share a bit the cost ma~ after all, i'm still a student~ heh!
