of strings, bows, timpani, woodwinds, and piano...
Ahh~~ I've been captivated by the beauty and the symphony of these instruments especially the oboe, flute, violin and piano. The melodious tune of each instruments soothes my heart and soul as well as reflecting the excitement, pain and sorrow of that music piece.
All this music thingy came about when I first watched the japanese drama series, Nodame Cantabile. It's a great musical drama masterpiece, I can assure you of that. Well, it's not like high school musical where they jump and sing all day long even in the golf field... ...=_=" No offense, ya! I just felt that the whole movie feels like American version of bollywood... ...

The one on your left holding a conductor's baton is chiaki shinichi while the girl beside him is nodame. The far left is the violinist, Miki Kiyora along with Mine Ryuutaro a violinist too beside her. The one with the afro head standing behind chiaki is the timpanist, Masumi and the one holding a kontrabass is Saku Sakura. Standing beside nodame is the soprano, Saiko with the useless guy standing on the far right is another conductor, Ookochi Mamoru.
Let me introduce this series to you guys. It's about a guy called shinichi chiaki who was born in Germany who enjoys orchestra performed by his idol of all times, Sebastiano Viera since young. Because of that, he dreams of becoming a famous conductor. Soon, he was recruited as one of Viera's apprentice. However, he was flown back to Japan when both of his parents divorced. He was devastated at that time and made a promise to Viera that he will come back to Germany again. Unfortunately, the airplane that he boarded had an emergency landing which causes him to have this airplane phobia as well as hydrophobia since he was nearly drown in a ship trip to somewhere. Both of this phobia kept him from going abroad and he landed himself in a local music university. He was really frustrated about his talent wasted in his own homeland. But his desperate came to an end when he met a weirdo girl by the name of Noda Megumi also known as Nodame in this series and also Viera's worst rival and a total pervert conductor, Streezemann. The story continues when he became the conductor the first time in his school orchestra called the S-oke (abbreviation for special orchestra) which consists of all those underrated music students. Also, with the help of nodame, he was able to get rid of his phobia though not completely and go abroad to continue conducting more wonderful and magnificent orchestra.
